Salina Urology Associates, P.A.

Raised in Great Bend, Dr Mauch attended the University of Kansas for undergraduate and graduate degrees. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Organismal Biology, he attended the university’s School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree in 1989.

Julia received her Associates Degree in Science from Colby Community College in 2001.  She then obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, R.N., from Washburn State University in 2005. She worked full time as an RN for 6 years in varied settings prior to obtaining her Master’s of Science in Nursing, F.N.P,  from Washburn University in 2011.

Dr. Smith graduated from Arizona State University in 1994 with a B. S. in psychology. He studied medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine receiving his M.D. in May of 1998. He continued his medical studies at the University of Oklahoma where he performed his surgical internship. He then finished his post graduate training with a urology residency at the University of Oklahoma Department of Urology.

Dr Payne is a native of Salina. He received his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Kansas State University. Still wearing purple on a daily basis, he received his medical training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

Dr. Matteucci was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin.  He attended Marquette University, graduating in 2000 with a B.S. in Biology.  His medical training and residency were completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.  He joined Salina Urology after serving 4 years in the United States Air Force.

Dr. Rathbun specializes in urologic oncology utilizing the Da Vinci robot, female reconstructive surgery, pediatric urology as well as general urology.
