Raised in Great Bend, Dr Mauch attended the University of Kansas for undergraduate and graduate degrees. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Organismal Biology, he attended the university’s School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree in 1989.

Dr. Smith graduated from Arizona State University in 1994 with a B. S. in psychology. He studied medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine receiving his M.D. in May of 1998. He then finished his post graduate training with a urology residency at the University of Oklahoma Department of Urology.

Dr. Payne is a native of Salina. He received his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Kansas State University. Still wearing purple on a daily basis, he received his medical training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

Dr. Matteucci was born in Kenosha, WI.  He attended Marquette University, graduating in 2000 with a B.S. in Biology.  His medical training and residency were completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. 

Dr. Rathbun specializes in urologic oncology utilizing the Da Vinci robot, female reconstructive surgery, pediatric urology as well as general urology.

April is a native to the Salina, KS area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University. She worked several years as an RN in ICU.

Bridgette earned her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from South College in Knoxville, TN and her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University.
